Goulash

Try this delicious goulash recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni *May use whole wheat
  • 1 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1 Stalk Celery Diced
  • 1 14.5 Ounce Can of Diced Tomatoes Do not drain
  • 1 15 ounce Can of Whole-Kernel Corn Drain and rinse
  • 1 8 ounce Can of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized saute pan, cook ground beef, onion, and celery over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off the grease. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni in a large pot according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to the large pot.
  • Add beef mixture, canned tomatoes (do not drain), tomato sauce, canned corn (drained), and italian seasoning to the large pot with the cooked pasta. Stir well and cook over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes to combine flavors and heat thoroughly.
  • Lastly, remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
