In a medium-sized saute pan, cook ground beef, onion, and celery over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off the grease. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni in a large pot according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to the large pot.
Add beef mixture, canned tomatoes (do not drain), tomato sauce, canned corn (drained), and italian seasoning to the large pot with the cooked pasta. Stir well and cook over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes to combine flavors and heat thoroughly.
Lastly, remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
