Guacamole

Easy and delicious guacamole recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Avocados ripe
  • 1/2 Small Yellow Onion finely diced
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeds removed, finely diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocados into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

To keep guacamole from turning brown: make the guacamole flat, add a 1/2 inch of water and then cover the container. When you are going to eat the guacamole, pour off the water and stir.
